Business Process Simplification

Value Analysis

Product and service costs have been increasing and squeezing margins. Following a proven multi-discipline team methodology we will scrutinize the relationship between the functionality of each cost element and the cost to provide it, and then explore and implement creative ways to provide the required functionality at reduced costs.

Staff Development

We can remember when new and talented people were assigned to a mentor who could provide them with  guidance and answer questions without jeopardizing their career or making them look foolish. Today, resources are tight, experienced talent is hard to find, and you are left with unfulfilled high potential talent in the organization. 

To solve this, we work with the supervisor and individual to understand goals, take an assessment and develop a plan to provide the opportunity for growth. Once the groundwork is laid, the individual can work with our coach in person, virtually or a combination of both. Periodic check-ins with the supervisor keeps the process moving forward down the intended path.
